Hoyt’s Septic Services Ltd. has been serving the Fredericton area and southern New Brunswick for 36 years. We would like to introduce some of the key members of our team at Hoyt’s.
Hoyt’s Septic Services Ltd. was formed in 1977 by two brothers, Fred and Danny Hoyt. The primary business of the company at that time was the installation of new septic systems, the repair of existing septic systems, and the pumping and cleaning of septic tanks. The brothers operated the business together and expanded operations to include portable toilet rentals, video inspection, and flushing/jetting services. In 1994, Danny retired and sold all of his interest in the company to Fred.
Behind every successful operation is a dedicated team. Fred’s wife Elaine is the company’s General Manager, responsible for operations and day-to-day management. Elaine is the glue that holds everything together, having an office door that is never shut. Quite often, the boardroom table functions as a family dinner table filled with all the employees: Elaine, Fred (when he drops in), and whoever else joins our group that particular day, having lunch and sharing good times with fun and laughter.
Amy has been a part of Hoyt’s since she was a little girl. Amy is Fred and Elaine’s daughter and is usually the first person you see when you come and visit us at the company. She is our main office receptionist.
Anyone who gets their septic tank cleaned or has work done in their septic system gets to meet Kirby. He is one of our licensed septic system installers. Always quick with a witty jest, Kirby is married with 5 children. His favorite saying is, “If I were any better, there would be two of me.”
Patti is the newest member of our team. She’s the “early bird” who cheerfully pitches in to help wherever she’s needed in the office.
